The Blink app seems to be frozen, how can I close it?

If the Blink app is not responding, you can take the following steps to force it to close.

On iOS Devices:
1. Press the home button twice quickly.  This will load previews of recently used apps in the App Switcher.
2. Swipe left to right to locate the Blink app.
3. When you have located the Blink app, swipe the app preview upward to force the application to close. 



You can then relaunch the Blink app from your home screen and continue using your Blink system.

On Android Devices:
1. Launch the recent applications menu.
2. Locate the Blink app.
3. Tap and hold on the application and swipe to close it.
