How Can I Reset/Change My Blink Password?
If you want to change, or have forgotten your password and need a reset, you can tap Sign in from the Blink app main screen. Enter just your e-mail address and tap Forgot password? then you will be sent an e-mail with instructions for how to reset your password.
Tap "Forgot Password?" and a Multiple Factor Security PIN is sent to your phone. When the PIN is entered, you are able to reset the password.

You can also update the password at any time if you are signed-in to the app.
To do this, tap on the Account icon in the bottom right of the home screen.
Then tap on Password on the Account screen.
You will see a notice that if you are using Blink with Alexa or IFTTT, you will need to re-link those accounts.
Tap "OK" to continue.
Next you will see the following screen requesting phone verification for your account.
Once you enter the PIN from your text or phone call and tap Verify, you will be able to enter your new password.
Note: Passwords have the following requirements.
Enter a new password and tap on Change Password.
You will then see the following screen requesting phone verification for your account again.
Once you enter the PIN from your text or phone call, tap Verify to complete the process.
You will then see the Welcome to Blink! screen where you use your new password to login.
After you have successfully changed your password, all other devices that were logged in, are signed out. To sign back into any of those devices, the new password is required and you will need to go through another verification process.
