If you are attempting to create a Blink account through the app and you see an "Existing account" message, this means that the email address you entered is already registered in our system.
You will want to go back and choose the Sign In option instead. Enter in your email address again along with your password to sign into the account.
If you do not remember your password, you can use the Forgot Password link and an email will be sent to that email address with instructions on how to reset your password.
When entering your new password, you see "Password must meet the following requirements", this means your password doesn't meet Blink's security criteria.
If you receive an "Invalid Email" error, it could be from mistyping your email address or putting a space incorrectly at the end. This can also occur when you don't have an internet connection.
