Use this article to understand why your camera doesn't appear under the Sync Module 2's Local Storage list.

Local Storage cameras

To find out if your cameras are compatible with Local Storage, you can access the list one of two ways:

1. From the Home screen, scroll until you see your Sync Module and tap it.
2. Tap Local Storage.
3. You will see Cameras on local storage which shows the cameras that are available for Local Storage.

Or

1. Go to System Settings > Device and System Settings > Your system name > Sync Module.
2. Tap Local Storage.
3. You will see Cameras on local storage which shows the cameras that are available for Local Storage.

If your camera isn't shown in that list, it's usually because:

• The camera is not compatible with Local Storage, or
• The camera is attached to a Blink Subscription Plan or trial.

Compatible cameras

Cameras that are compatible with Local Storage are:

• Blink Wired Floodlight
• Blink Video Doorbell
• Blink Outdoor
• Blink Indoor (gen 2)
• Blink Mini

Note: All other Blink cameras not listed above do not save clips to Local Storage. Additionally, XT2, XT, and Indoor (generation 1) can only save clips to their own Cloud storage.
