Android Version 5

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the high security standards, the Blink Home Monitor app version 6.10.1 will be the last to support mobile devices running Android 5 or older.

To view all mobile devices on your Blink account, click on the Account icon (circle silhouette at the bottom of the app) and then Manage Devices. You can remove mobile devices that no longer require access to the Blink app by clicking on the trash icon. Click here for step-by-step instructions.

You will not lose access to your Blink system. However, in order to take advantage of new features through the Blink app moving forward, you will be required to update your mobile device to Android 6.0 or later. If you have questions about the Android update, please contact your device manufacturer.

iOS Versions 12 and 13

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintain the highest security standards, the Blink Home Monitor app version 6.14.0 will be the last release providing support for mobile devices running iOS 12 or iOS 13.  

To view all mobile devices on your Blink account, click on the Account icon (circle silhouette at the bottom of the app) and then Manage Devices. You can remove mobile devices that no longer require access to the Blink app by clicking on the trash icon. Click here for step-by-step instructions.

You will not lose access to your Blink system. However, in order to take advantage of new features through the Blink app moving forward, you will be required to update your mobile device to iOS 14.0 or later.
