It is critical for your camera to have 3 bars of signal strength for optimal performance and an Internet connection that guarantees at least 2Mbps in upload speed.
- Verify that the camera signal strengths are adequate
- Inspect the quality of your network's routing equipment
- Confirm that your network connection is receiving Internet access
- Restart your Wi-Fi router and internet modem
