The Sync Module connectivity icon has recently been updated. Now, when your Sync Module is connected and able to communicate with Blink's servers, you'll see a Sync Module icon connected to a cloud with a green line. You can still see its signal strength by tapping on that icon.
If your system loses its connection to our servers, the icon will change. Instead of a green line, there will be a broken red line between the Sync Module and the cloud. This indicates that your system has fallen offline, which can happen if your Sync Module loses power or Internet. Tapping on this icon will tell you the last time your Sync Module was online, as well as give you troubleshooting steps to get it back online.
