1. Weather-Resistant Power Adapter

Important: The Blink Weather-Resistant Power Adapter is only compatible with 10W power adapters (power bricks). Using a power adapter with a different wattage may result in improper functionality.

A 13ft outdoor-rated cable (IP67) that provides continuous power to your Blink camera from an outlet. For Outdoor cameras, we recommend keeping working batteries installed as a backup. If the camera loses power from the adapter, it will automatically use the installed batteries to continue functioning.

Compatible devices: Blink Arc, Outdoor 2K+, Mini 2K+, Mini 2, and Outdoor 4.

What's in the box

  • Weather-Resistant Power Adapter with 13ft cable
  • 4 screws and anchors

  1. Mount the adapter to a flat surface near an outdoor power outlet using the included screws and anchors.
  2. Secure the cable along its route with the included cable clips.

The Blink Plug-In Adapter is available through Amazon's regional websites and official Blink retailers.

3. USB cable

All Blink cameras have a USB port that accepts a micro USB cable and 5V/1A adapter to reduce battery drain. If USB power is lost, cameras with batteries will automatically switch to battery power. Note: Blink Mini cameras are USB-powered only. A cable and adapter are included in the box.

  • Indoor use: When connecting a USB cable, insert the connector firmly into the port until it creates a complete seal. This ensures a secure connection and helps maintain the integrity of the port.
  • Outdoor use: Removing the USB port cover from your Blink camera or device eliminates its weather resistance, leaving it vulnerable to moisture and the elements. When connecting a USB cable for outdoor use, insert the connector firmly into the port until it creates a complete seal to maintain weather resistance. Store the silicone USB cover in a safe place in case it's needed later.

To maintain weather protection while providing continuous outdoor power, use a compatible Blink Weather-Resistant Power Adapter.
