If the Sync Module is not connecting with it's saved settings, it may be necessary to reset the Sync Module to factory settings and go through the setup process again to reconnect. This will erase your current Sync Module configuration and will require physical access to your Sync Module to complete the setup process and reconnect. If your system is working as expected and you are not making network or configuration changes, do not proceed with this process.
To start, tap the Sync Module icon at the bottom lefthand corner of the app. This will bring you to a page with information about your Sync Module.
From this screen, tap "Delete Sync Module". You'll be presented with a popup saying to contact Customer Service. If you know you want to delete your Sync Module, dismiss that popup by tapping "Ok". Otherwise, contact Customer Service here.
In order to delete your Sync Module, you are required to enter your Sync Module's serial number. This can be found on the bottom of your Sync Module.
You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete your Sync Module. When you are ready, go ahead and tap "DELETE"
Your home screen will now be grayed out. Tap the button that says "Add Sync Module".
You'll now be at the Sync Module setup portion.

You'll now be able to use your system normally again.
