This article walks you through resetting your password in the Blink app.
If you've forgotten your password or you're unable to log in, you will need to reset your password by tapping the Forgot password? link on the Welcome to Blink! login screen.
Note: You must tap the Password box to display the Forgot password? link.

Resetting your password
- On the Welcome to Blink! login screen, tap the Email field and enter the email address associated with your Blink account.
- After you have entered your email address, tap the Password box.
- When the Forgot password? link appears in the lower left, tap it.
- The following message displays, "Please note that changing your password will require you to sign in again on all of your devices, as well as relink your Alexa and IFTTT accounts." Tap OK.
- A verification code will be texted to your mobile device. Enter the code and tap Verify.
- If you don't immediately receive it, wait 90 seconds until the Resend code button appears and then tap it to resend your code. You may have to repeat this process until the verification code comes through.
- On the Change Password screen, enter your new password and re-enter it. Make sure to follow the password requirements listed on this screen and then tap Change Password.
- The Welcome to Blink! login screen displays again where you can enter your email and new password.
- After logging in, a final verification screen appears. Enter the code that is sent either via text or email and tap Verify.
- If you don't immediately receive it, wait 90 seconds until the Resend code button appears and then tap it to resend your code. You may have to repeat this process until the verification code comes through.
