In the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, S5 and S6 it’s called Smart Network Switch. This feature automatically switches the device’s Wi-Fi network to the best available signal connection if the device senses that the current connection has problems (such as no internet connection). This happens very quickly: as soon as the phone connects to the Blink-#### network, the OS switches the device back to a working Wi-Fi network. Blink setup isn’t possible while the feature is enabled. The Blink-#### network is only used for setup and doesn’t provide an internet connection.
