When calling Blink Technical Support, please be sure to have your Blink username available. Please note that troubleshooting in most cases must be done while you are physically with your Blink system.
When you call for support, your account details are hidden from agents until you access the Account Management screen by tapping the "Settings Gear" icon in the Blink app, then tap "Account and Privacy" and scroll down to find the "Grant Blink Support Account Access" option and tap it to activate. A popup appears to let you know that your account details are now visible to Blink support and for how long.
For sales, order inquiries, or shipping information, you must contact the place you ordered from. We can only provide support to install and enjoy the Blink family of products.
