If you are attempting to sign into your Blink account through the app and you see an invalid credentials message, this means that the email address you entered in may be mistyped, you used a different email address when you created your account, or your password was entered incorrectly.
If you do not remember your password, you can use the Forgot Password link and an email will be sent to that email address with instructions on how to reset your password. Click here to learn more about how to reset your Blink password.
