Invalid Credentials When Signing In

If you’re attempting to sign into your Blink account through the app and you see an Invalid Credentials message, this means that the email address you entered may have been mistyped, you used a different email address when you created your account or your password was entered incorrectly.

If you cannot remember your password, you can use the Forgot Password link and an email will be sent to that email address with instructions on how to reset your password. 

If you’re certain that you’re entering the correct email address, please contact Technical Support so we can help get you back into your account. Please make sure to include a serial number of your Sync Module or camera for account verification purposes.
