Person Detection uses computer vision (CV) to detect people. Using on-camera CV analysis, the Blink Outdoor 4 and Wired Floodlight Camera have Person Detection capability.

Note: The Person Detection feature is only available for the Outdoor 4 and Wired Floodlight Camera when you have a Blink Subscription plan or trial. Learn more about Blink Subscription plan features!

The Person Detection setting is accessible from the settings icon in the top right corner thumbnail image for your camera on the home screen. Tap Device Settings, then Motion Settings on the Device Settings screen and select Motion Recording Types. Next select Person Detection to only detect and record people in your video.

When people are detected as a motion type, you will see "There is a person at your <camera name>" as your notification or this  icon in your clip list.
