Invalid Credentials

If you see an Invalid Credentials message when attempting to sign into your Blink account through the app, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You misspelled or entered an incorrect email address.
  • You entered an incorrect password.

Login attempts exceeded

Your Blink account will be locked for 10 minutes after five unsuccessful login attempts. On the fifth attempt, an email notification containing the device name, IP address and a password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. After 10 minutes , you can log in with the new password.

If you don't receive the email, check your junk/spam folders or add no-reply@blinkforhome.com and no-reply@account.blink.com to your trusted senders list.
