You can manage your Blink plan from Blink.com or Amazon, depending on where you purchased it. There, you can view a list of your active, cancelled, and expired plans, along with details like renewal date and billing information.
On Blink.com (United States, Canada, and United Kingdom):
- From your web browser, visit Blink.com and log in with your Blink email and password.
- Enter the verification code received via text message, WhatsApp, or email, and click Verify Code.
- If you do not receive a code, the Resend Code button will appear after 90 seconds. Click it to request a new one.
- At the top, click My Plan. You can now manage your plan.
On Amazon (web browser):
- Visit Amazon and sign in with your Amazon account email and password.
- Navigate to Memberships & Subscriptions to view and manage your Blink plan.
On the Amazon app:
- Tap the Menu icon in the bottom-right of your screen on an iPhone, or the top-left on an Android phone.
- If you are not already logged into your account, select Your Account and log in. If you are already logged in, tap the Account button.
- Scroll down and select Memberships & subscriptions to view and manage your Blink plan.
Note: Customers with a billing address in Quebec and Labrador must manually renew their yearly Blink plan purchased on Amazon.
