Manage Your Blink Plan

You can manage your Blink plan from Blink.com, Amazon, or the Blink app, depending on where you purchased it. There, you can view a list of your active, canceled, and expired plans, along with details like renewal date and billing information.

On Blink.com:

Note: Blink.com plan management is available in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Ireland, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

  1. From your web browser, visit Blink.com and log in with your Blink email and password.
  2. Enter the verification code received via text message, WhatsApp, or email, and click Verify Code.
    • If you do not receive a code, the Resend Code button will appear after 90 seconds. Click it to request a new one.
  3. At the top, click My Plan. You can now view and manage your plan, change payment, cancel, or upgrade from a basic to a plus plan.

On Amazon (web browser):

  1. Visit Amazon and sign in with your Amazon account email and password.
  2. Navigate to Memberships & Subscriptions to view and manage your Blink plan. You can also cancel Blink subscription plans purchased on Amazon from this page.

In the Amazon app:

  1. Tap the Menu icon in the bottom-right of your screen on an iPhone, or the top-left on an Android phone.
  2. If you are not already logged into your account, select Your Account and log in. If you are already logged in, tap the Account button.
  3. Scroll down and select Memberships & subscriptions to view and manage your Blink plan.

Note: Customers with a billing address in Quebec and Labrador must manually renew their yearly Blink plan purchased on Amazon.

In the Blink app:

  1. Tap Settings at the bottom right of the app screen and select Blink Subscription Plans.
  2. Tap on Manage Blink Plans to view all of your active plans and their details.

In-app purchased through Apple:

You can also view and manage your Blink subscription in the app by tapping Settings and selecting Blink Subscription Plans. At the bottom of the Plan Details section, your Subscription Channel displays Apple when you purchase your plan in-app. Tap Manage subscription to view the Subscriptions screen on your iOS device, where you can manage your purchased plus plan.
