What happens when I cancel?

When you cancel your Blink Subscription Plan, you lose features including unlimited cloud video recording, 60-day unlimited cloud storage, live view recording, Extended Live View (available on Blink Wired Floodlight, Mini and Mini 2 cameras) and Photo Capture (available on Blink Outdoor 4, Video Doorbell and Blink Indoor and Outdoor (3rd Gen) cameras). How to cancel a subscription

  1. Visit Your Memberships and Subscriptions page to view your current subscription plan. Then select Cancel Subscription for the plan you want removed from your account.
  2. You will be given an option to cancel immediately, or on your next renewal date. Select the Confirm cancellation button.
  3. A list of cancellation reasons then displays. After you make your selection, select the Submit cancellation reason button to cancel the subscription.

After your plan is cancelled, you will see the cancellation on Your Memberships and Subscriptions page and you will receive an email notification as well.

Once your existing subscription plan is cancelled, you will be refunded for any unused portion of it. You then have the option to purchase a new plan on Amazon.com.

  • Monthly subscribers: When you cancel your membership, the Blink Subscription Plan benefits stop immediately and you will receive a prorated refund from Amazon.com.
  • Yearly subscribers: When you cancel your membership, the Blink Subscription Plan benefits stop immediately and you will receive a prorated amount from Amazon.com in monthly increments based on the time remaining in your membership.
