Save and share clips and live view recordings from your Blink devices conveniently in the cloud. Access advanced features in your Blink app, including Person Detection, Vehicle Detection, Blink Moments, and more.

Read below to learn more about about purchasing plans on Blink.com and on Amazon.

Blink.com purchases

US customers can purchase Blink Subscription Plans directly on Blink.com. You can easily subscribe and manage your subscription on the website. A Blink Subscription Plan provides access to additional features and services, including unlimited cloud video recording, unlimited cloud storage for up to 60 days, auto-update thumbnail, and more.

There are two plans to choose from:

  • Blink Basic Plan: Covers a single device. Only one Blink Basic Plan can be purchased through Blink.com.
  • Blink Plus Plan: Covers all Blink devices linked to your account.

Purchasing through Blink.com

Important: If you already have an active Blink subscription from Amazon or Apple, you must first cancel the previous subscription before you purchase a subscription on Blink.com. Be aware that canceling a Blink Plus Plan on another channel may void your extended warranty.

To purchase a subscription:

  1. From your web browser, visit Blink.com.
  2. Log in with your Blink email and password.
  3. If prompted to verify, enter the verification code you received via SMS/voice call or email, then tap Verify Code.
  4. Click Subscribe.
  5. Select either a Blink Basic Plan or Blink Plus Plan, available in monthly or yearly options, then click Continue.
  6. Select the Blink device you'd like to attach to your subscription, then click Continue.
    • For a Basic Plan: Choose a specific camera to attach (only one camera supported). If you only have one camera on your account, it'll be attached automatically.
    • For Plus Plans: All eligible devices on your Blink account are automatically covered.
  7. Choose your renewal period and add a payment method, then select Purchase Subscription.

If you're under a Blink no-cost trial and you purchase a subscription, the subscription will activate when the trial ends and you will be charged then.

Notes:

  • A Blink Subscription Basic Plan purchased through Blink.com is limited to one device and cannot be transferred. To cover a different device, you must cancel your current Basic Plan and purchase a new one. Learn more about Purchasing Multiple Basic Subscription Plans.
  • If you purchase a Basic Plan or a Plus Plan through Blink.com, XT, XT2 and Indoor (1st Gen) cameras can be added to either plan. If you purchase a subscription through Amazon, these cameras can only be added to a Plus Plan.

Managing and canceling Blink.com subscriptions

When you purchase a Blink Subscription Plan on Blink.com, you can manage your plan directly on the website, including change payment method, cancel your plan, or upgrade to a Plus Plan.

To manage your subscription:

  1. From your web browser, visit Blink.com.
  2. Log in with your Blink email and password.
  3. If prompted to verify, enter the verification code you received via SMS/voice call or email, then tap Verify Code.

Only subscriptions purchased on Blink.com can be managed on the Blink.com website. If you already purchased a Blink subscription through another channel (for example, Amazon) and you want to move your plan to Blink.com, you must first cancel your previous subscription.

 Amazon purchases

Visit the Amazon Blink Subscription purchase page or compare plans.

Note: Subscriptions in the US cannot be purchased on the Amazon marketplace app. If you're using a mobile device, you must use a browser such as Safari or Chrome when purchasing a subscription on Amazon.

Add a Basic Plan which covers one eligible device (Blink Outdoor 4, Wired Floodlight Camera, Video Doorbell, Mini, Mini 2, Indoor or Outdoor (3rd Gen) camera.

The Plus Plan provides benefits for an unlimited number of Blink devices on an account.

Note: XT, XT2 and (1st Gen) Indoor cameras can only be added to a Plus Plan subscription.
Amazon Business accounts, Amazon Store Cards, and Amazon Secured Cards can not be used to purchase Blink subscriptions.

The following steps also explain how to purchase and activate your subscription plan.

  1. Link your Amazon and Blink accounts. Learn more about linking your accounts.
Note: It is important that your subscription plan is chosen, attached and purchased using the same Amazon.com account that is linked to your Blink account.
  2. Purchase a subscription plan. You will have the option for a Basic or Plus plan. Both tiers have a Monthly and Yearly option.
  3. Choose the Device you’d like to attach to your subscription (only applies to Basic Plans since Plus Plans cover all eligible devices on a Blink account), and then select the Continue checkout button. Since Basic plans only cover single cameras, you may have multiple Basic plans within the same account, each covering a specific camera.
Note: You will only have to manually attach devices if you have more eligible devices than Basic plans.
  4. Next place an order for the Subscription.
  5. Your devices are now covered with a Blink Subscription Plan.

You can then view and manage your purchased Blink Subscription Plans from Your Memberships and Subscriptions. Learn more about Managing Your Memberships and Subscriptions.

After these steps your Blink subscription is activated and if you are within your free trial period, you will be charged when it ends. A bill item "BLINK AMZN.COM/BILL WA" will appear on your card statement. Learn about Linking a Blink Subscription Plan after Purchasing It.

Managing and canceling Amazon.com subscriptions

3For extended warranty coverage, "Eligible Blink Devices" are Blink devices covered by an active Plus Plan, if the Blink device was under the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty period at the time you added the device to your Plus Plan. Non-Blink and other third-party devices are not eligible for the extended warranty. In the U.S., in lieu of the Blink extended warranty, eligible Blink Devices are covered via a service contract administered by SquareTrade, an Allstate company. The cost for the Allstate Protection Plan is included in the cost of the Plus Plan.
