Before calling for support, we recommend unlocking your account in order for us to properly assist you, by accessing all of your details in our system. This can be accomplished by logging into your Blink app (if possible) and navigating to the Account Screen.
Then enable the "Grant Blink Support Account Access" option.
You will then see the following message with the expiration date and tap OK to grant access.
The "Grant Blink Support Account Access" option will then be enabled.
This will provide full access to your account for 14 days, unless you disable it sooner within the app. We recommend making sure this option is enabled every time before calling our support line.
