To record and review future videos, purchase a Blink plan

Now that your Blink plan no-cost trial ended and you have not yet purchased a plan, you will be limited to only having motion-activated notifications and live view streaming capabilities on your camera and Video Doorbell. No new recordings will be saved to the cloud and your existing cloud recordings will be deleted based on your settings in the Blink app. By activating a Blink plan, you can save events to the cloud and view them in the Blink app. Without a Blink plan, you can take advantage of local storage when you use a compatible Sync Module.

Purchase a Blink plan on Blink.com

1. From your web browser, visit Blink.com.
2. Log in with your Blink email and password.
3. If prompted to verify, enter the verification code you received via SMS/voice call or email, then tap Verify Code.
4. Click Subscribe.
5. Select either plus ai, plus, basic ai, or basic, available in monthly or yearly options, then click Continue.
6. Select the Blink device you'd like to attach to your plan, then click Continue.
   • For basic ai or basic: Choose a specific camera to attach (only one camera supported). If you only have one camera on your account, it'll be attached automatically.
   • For plus ai or plus: All eligible devices on your Blink account are automatically covered.
7. Choose your renewal period and add a payment method, then select Purchase Plan.

Note: Only one basic ai or basic plan can be purchased on Blink.com, and it cannot be transferred to another device. To cover a different device, cancel your current plan and purchase a new one. To cover multiple devices, you can purchase multiple basic ai or basic plans through Amazon, or upgrade to a plus ai or plus plan.

Purchase a Blink plan on Amazon

1. Open the Blink app and link your Amazon account within the Account screen.
2. Select the plan you're interested in on the Blink plan landing page.
3. While in the purchasing flow on Amazon, you'll be asked to attach the plan to your device (basic ai or basic) or to your Blink Account (plus ai or plus).
4. Your Blink device is now covered with a Blink plan!
