My Mini cameras aren't powering on
If your Mini cameras aren't powering on:
- Ensure that the power cable is properly plugged in.
- Verify that the power outlet is working.
- Check for any visible damage to the power cable.
- Confirm that both cameras are properly connected to the mount's power cords.
How do I reset my mounted Mini cameras?
To reset a Mini camera that is attached to a mount:
- While keeping the camera connected and powered, carefully push the camera forward from the rear of the mount until it's released.
- Press and hold the reset button on the bottom of the camera for 5 seconds.
- Slide the camera back into the front of the mount, facing forward.
- Verify all power connections are secure.

DeleteMy cameras aren't aligning for 180° view
For proper 180° view alignment:
- Ensure that both cameras are the same model type (don't mix Mini 2K+ with Mini 2).
- Verify that the Mini cameras are firmly placed in the mount.
- Confirm that you're using compatible models (Mini 2K+ or Mini 2 only).
Important: Other Blink camera models are not compatible with this mount.

Panoramic live view requires an active Blink Plus Subscription Plan or no-cost trial, and compatible Mini cameras properly paired to your Blink system.
To verify your subscription status:
- From the Home Screen, tap Settings.
- Tap Blink Subscription Plans.
- Confirm you have an active Blink Plus Plan Subscription or no-cost trial.

If you notice lagging images or delays while using Panoramic live view, this could be caused by mismatched video quality settings.
To ensure both Mini cameras use matching video quality settings:
- Open the Blink app and tap the More (⋯) button on the camera’s thumbnail from the Home screen.
- Tap Device Settings.
- Select Video and Photo Settings.
- Tap Video Quality and select your minimum upload speed for each resolution:
- Best quality (2K): 6 Mbps of upload speed.
- Standard quality (1080p): 3 Mbps of upload speed.
- Saver quality (720p): 2 Mbps of upload speed.
- Tap Save to apply changes (if applicable).
- Repeat these steps for each Mini camera.
If sync issues persist:
- Lower the resolution for both Mini cameras to the same setting.
- Verify the signal strength for each camera:
- Open the Blink app and tap the More (⋯) button on the camera’s thumbnail from the Home screen.
- Tap Device Settings.
- Tap General Settings.
- Verify there is a strong connection to Wi-Fi.
- Position your Mini cameras closer to your router.
- Remove obstructions between the Mini cameras and your router.

Signal strength

- Position your camera closer to the router when possible.
- Try extending your Wi-Fi range.
