I'm having trouble activating a purchased subscription. What can I do?

  • Make sure you've linked your Amazon and Blink accounts. Use these steps to link them:
    1. Tap Account and Privacy , then tap Amazon Account Linking .
    2. Tap Agree and Continue and sign in using your Amazon credentials.
    3. Once you’ve signed in, a linking confirmation message displays. 
    4. Tap Done to return to the Account and Privacy screen, where your Amazon account displays as linked.

30-day Plus Plan Trial

What is a Plus Plan Trial?

The Blink Subscription Plus Plan Trial 2 is a no-cost 30-day trial that gives you access to Plus Plan features across all your eligible Blink devices. When you purchase a new Blink device, your Plus Plan Trial starts automatically when you set up your new eligible Blink device.

During your trial:
  • A banner in the app shows how many days are left in your trial.
  • You’ll receive email reminders as your trial ends.
  • All eligible Blink devices in your account are covered by the Plus Plan.
  • Adding a new eligible Blink device extends your trial by 30 days.

Will I lose access to my videos if I cancel my Plus Plan or my no-cost trial expires?

No, your existing videos stay available in the Blink app, where you can view, download and share them. However, saved clips will be deleted based on your settings in the Blink app (up to 30 days EU) and cannot be restored.

What happens when my no-cost trial ends?

When the trial ends:

  • You’ll lose access to subscription-only features, like Extended Live View, Person Detection and Blink Moments.
  • All cloud recording stops.
  • Saved clips stay available in the Blink app, where you can view, download and share them.
  • Saved clips will be deleted based on your settings in the Blink app (up to 60 days) and cannot be restored.
  • It doesn’t automatically enrol you in a subscription. To continue using subscription features, you must purchase a Blink Subscription Plan .
Blink XT, XT2 and legacy Indoor cameras are eligible for the Blink Subscription Plus Plan; however, they don’t require a subscription to save videos when the no-cost trial ends. When these cameras aren’t covered by a subscription plan, they use their 7200 seconds per Sync Module of Cloud Storage and don’t have access to subscription features. How do I redeem my 10% discount?

Your 10% discount will be applied after your Plus Plan Trial ends and your paid Plus Plan subscription begins.

What are the terms of the Extended Warranty?

When you subscribe to a Blink Plus Plan, the extended warranty coverage applies to all of your Blink devices when they're within their original warranty period. For extended warranty coverage, Eligible Blink Devices are Blink devices covered by an active Plus Plan, if the Blink device was under the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty period at the time you added the device to your Plus Plan. Non-Blink and other third-party devices are not eligible for the extended warranty. In the U.S., in lieu of the Blink extended warranty, Eligible Blink Devices are covered via a service contract administered by SquareTrade, an Allstate company; SquareTrade/Allstate terms are available. The cost for the Allstate Protection Plan is included in the cost of the Blink Plus Plan. You have the option to purchase a standalone device protection plan on www.amazon.com.

What is a Plus Plan Trial?

The Blink Subscription Plus Plan Trial2 is a no-cost 30-day trial that gives you access to Plus Plan features across all your eligible Blink devices. When you purchase a new Blink device, your Plus Plan Trial starts automatically when you set up your new eligible Blink device.

During your trial:
  • A banner in the app shows how many days are left in your trial.
  • You’ll receive email reminders as your trial ends.
  • All eligible Blink devices on your account are covered by the Plus Plan.
  • Adding a new eligible Blink device extends your trial by 30 days.
